There were no cases of humans being infected with bird flu in the latest outbreaks.NTVMSNBC - April 9, 2007 - Turkey has lifted the last of the quarantine restrictions it had put in place to contain an outbreak of avian influenza in the countrys south east, Turkish Agriculture and Rural Affairs Minister Mehmet Mehdi Eker said Thursday. The quarantine measures against bird flu were lifted as of today in the country, Eker said in a speech delivered in Diyarbakir.
